Application to Young Changemakers Grants

Hi All

For the bank account number required in the application form, team leader's account is to be used. If age of team leader is below 21, then his parents'endorsement is required.

You will get approval in about 2 months from date of application & only 50% of approved fund will go to team leader's account. The rest is held back by this organisation until a progress report is filed within 2 months from date of approval & all expenses verified as reasonable & backed by receipts.

Go to http://www.nys.pa.gov.sg/ to look for
1) latest version of application form (officer I consulted mentioned that versions at other websites may be out of date)
2) softcopy of format to submit progress report

Time: 2-8.30pm

HOW TO GET TO HOME CLUB

* Home Club is at 20 Upper Circular Road, B1-01/06, The Riverwalk.
* Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay and Raffles Place
* From Clarke Quay MRT: Exit gantry, turn left. Go up to street level.
Go to Underpass behind Cheers. The Riverwalk is at the other end of the underpass.
Walk through the underpass, after which, Jumbo Restaurant should be on your right.
Continue walking straight along the river, Home Club will be on your right.
* From Raffles Place MRT: Exit gantry turn right. Exit for UOB Plaza.
Walk along the rivers of Boat Quay, where the pub “Penny Black” is.
Go towards the underpass where (ex-)Coffee Bean is.
Pass through the underpass and it is Home Club on your left.
